When my family and I first tried this Pizza Hut back in November, we went in to pick up our pizza when they said it would be ready (30 mins after our order). They seemed really backed up and our pizza wasn't ready until about 40 minutes after we came to pick it up, so it actually took an hour and ten minutes for a simple pepperoni pizza. While we were waiting, the waiting room filled with people whose orders were late. In many cases people cancelled their orders because their pizzas hadn't even been started when they came to pick them up like 40 minutes after they ordered. Despite that, my boyfriend and I decided to give this Pizza Hut another try today because we had a coupon for 50% off and I figured last time could have been a fluke. Today, It took us 7.5 hours to get a hot pizza delivered!!! We first ordered a pizza and wings online at 1:10 pm. When we got the order confirmation, we were surprised to see the order delivery time was 3pm. We called to see if we could get the pizza faster if we picked up, but they didn't think so because the restaurant was really backed up. By 3:30 our pizza still hadn't arrived, so we called to check on it. We were told that our pizza had just came out of the oven and was piping hot and we should have it soon. The pizza was delivered at 4:30. By then it was totally cold and hard, like it hadn't even been kept in anything insulated to try to keep it warm and the wings were just cold and soggy. My boyfriend complained to the delivery guy since we had waited 3.5 hours for the pizza and it was totally gross when it arrived. They didn't give us a refund, but promised to bring us a new hot pizza within an hour. That didn't happen. We had to call to follow up 4 times after that. At one point they said the pizza was on its way, and when we called to follow up they said the order had been cancelled. When we finally got the hot pizza, it was 8:30 pm. I feel really bad for the people who work for this location. The way that they reacted, it seems like this must happen a lot. They were a bit apologetic, but mostly seemed beat down like this happens a lot. I can't even believe how terrible this location is. I don't know how they stay in business. I definitely would not recommend ordering from this restaurant, because there is no way of knowing what you are going to get.

I will never order Pizza Hut again. I put in an order for delivery and they called me 2 hours later saying it will be another 3 hours because the delivery driver is on break. 5 hours for 1 pizza? I told her to just cancel the order. Horrible service.

Worst service ever. We ordered pizza and they brought it 20 minutes late. They got the order totally wrong. And it took them 90 minutes to actually cook the correct food. It was 2 hours later that we finally got the food again and 1 item was still wrong. Jennifer the manager cannot explain to us what is going on and why they took 90 minutes to even start cooking the correct food for us and refuses to give us corporate office information or ownership information to complain.

I love Pizza Hut, but this place is pitiful. Slow and the rudest front counter lady. Don't try to be pleasant, she doesn't like it! Plus on the day I was and they were replacing florescent bulbs in the ceiling while they were cooking food. After one of the bulbs broke, I just should have left. But I went ahead and continued placing my order and simply asked her to wait to make my pizza until the mess with cleaned up. Her response was "are you serious?" Yes! I am! The stuff in those bulbs in poisonous! My kids really wanted pizza hut, so I waited. And to be honest, the pizza wasn't awful. But the place is poorly run.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! I have had more then 5 different problems at this location. And decided to write a review because they shouldn't be making mistakes this many times. I ordered online for my pizza and it said 55 min it will be done (delivery). I understand that they have other places to go to but we literally live right down the street so it should be one of the first stops. By the time they got here it was way past an hour and our pizza was super cold and didn't even taste good. The service is so bad too. I don't get why they hire these people who have no clue what they are doing or even act respectful towards the customers. I feel like calling the corporate and complaining. This place needs to SHUT DOWN! I have also had bad experiences when I would just order my pizza for pick up and usually that's faster but one time it was saying it was going to take 2 1/2 hours. I wish I didn't have to get them a star at all, they don't even deserve that!

As a precursor to how bad this pizza was, i didnt have to even pay for it! The best way to describe the pizza is "pitiful" I took a bite and it tasted so horrible that i started examining it to see why it tasted so bad. #1- the dough is like lead, and therefore the extremely excessive amounts of grease soak into it. making it mushy and squishy like a wet towel. #2 - i actually thought my work ordered them without sauce because after looking at the pizza, even pulling the cheese back, there was next to NOTHING (unless of course you look at it through a microscope) i attached a picture to show an accurate depiction of how much (or actually how LITTLE) sauce there was. #3 - toppings were a joke, there were a few sprinkled on top. all in all, the impression i'm left with is that this place is shady & tries to maximize profits by screwing over customers by calling this bread "pizza". bottom line is this - i wouldnt even feed this to my dog.... as a punishment!!!! it would be too cruel.

Do not even deserve 1 star. On Tue Sep 30, I ordered a pizza over the phone at around 6:50 PM. A guy (later I was told that he was a delivery man) took the order and said it would be 1 hour and 15 minutes. We waited that long and beyond and called back to check on how far the delivery man was; as my little one was feeling very hungry. A lady picked up this time, and she said it is showing as 9:15 PM as my delivery time. I was surprised. When questioned, she said the delivery times change. And, they did not even inform me. She said there is only 1 driver. If that is the case, they should have set the expectations correct. We could not wait till 9:15 PM and so I drove to pick it up myself. The lady who claimed to be a manager did not even apologize, nor voided the charge. And, the pizza crust was very soggy from steam released within the box. We had to take it back home and heat it up before we ate. Never again will be going back to that store.

Grumpy Men With Mustaches! I haven't had pizza hut in years but decided to try it. My husband called in or placed the order online a few hours ahead of time. He takes Bart from work and just wanted to do a quick pick up on his way home. He looked at the pizza when he arrived and noticed they had gotten the order wrong. It is taken back to the pizza maker or manager or whomever this grumpy man with the mustache was. The guy starts in with this loud yelling about how NOTHING is wrong with the pizza. I guess at this Pizza Hut they go with the philosophy the customer is never right. They rudely tell my husband it will be ten more minutes to make a new one. No big deal his hungry wife and two kids are hungrily awaiting some Friday night pizza. After 20 minutes and not a word from anyone working there my husband decided to leave. I guess Mr. Grumpy thinks it's funny to ignore their customers away. Lesson learned we won't be going back there and at least Little Caesars was close by.

Pizza is okay, standard delivery-style fast food pizza. Not much more to say than that on the quality, although Pizza Hut stuffed crust makes it worthwhile. The customer service and delivery at this particular location, however, is awful. I ordered at 7:30 and an hour later...no pizza. Called and got hung up on. Finally reached them and they said they they had not started making my pizza yet; claimed that they had to "verify my order" before they could begin since I ordered online and it was a first time order. They said they tried to call "much earlier" but couldn't reach me. I call BS. They have delivered to me multiple times. I've ordered from them online multiple times. And I had already paid the order in full with credit card through online ordering. Just make my damn pizza. They did helpfully suggest that I could get it sooner if I came and picked it up. Uh, the whole reason I requested delivery is because I don't want to drive my happy ass all the way over to pick it up...and you already charged my card a $3.25 delivery fee. So no, that doesn't really improve my situation. San Ramon Pizza Hut = a whole lot of time and hassle for a fairly generic fast food pizza. Eh. I'll put up with it for the stuffed crust.

sometimes, i just have that craving for cheap, processed stuffed crust pizza. pizza hut and little caesars are the only places that offer stuffed crust. i prefer pizza hut's stuffed crust than at little caesars. the cinnasticks with icing are also another addictive processed item on their menu. the wait for telephone orders sometimes do take forever and it can get frustrating as well as the wait in the actual store.

Where do I start........ First of all I was having a problem with them delivering raw pizza's. this happened three separate times. I would call and they would send replacements that were equally raw. The customer service was non existent and the manager could not care less about loosing customers. I finally just gave up and stopped ordering from them. This was over a year ago. Last week my kids asked me to pick up pizza on my way home from work and told them to text me where they had ordered from.. Surprise... it was the Alcosta Pizza Hut. Well, the order was correct and the food was good so the following Saturday I decided to go ahead and order on-line from them for delivery. After waiting TWO HOURS for the pizza's to be delivered there was one pizza missing from my order. I called and was told that the driver would drive straight back, pick up the forgotten pizza and come right back with it. after another HOUR I called and the manager explained that the driver was on break and would be back as soon as possible. I waited over THREE HOURS . UNBELIEVABLE. No apologies or any offer to make this better in any way. Just a total screw you attitude. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. SPREAD THE WORD !!!!!

This place does not even deserve one star. My husband and I have attempted to order from here three times in the past month, and every single time they are out of something we want. First time, wings. Second time,all pastas. Third time, all desserts and all pastas. So the first time when they called to let us know they were out of wings, (15 minutes after placing the order) I asked that they delivery the food to us as a courtesy for the inconvience. (We live across the street, like a 2 minute walk). The guy said "sure, no problem, I will leave with that right now" 45 minutes later, no food. Many phone calls were made over the next TWO HOURS, each time "he's on his way, he should have been there by now, he's right down the street, blah blah blah" long story short, our order never even went out for delivery and was sitting on their shelf the entire time, we ended up going in and picking it up ourselves, and it was wrong, so we had to go back in a second time. The other stories aren't much different from the first one, so I will spare you the drama. I love their pastas, but I will not ever bother with them again. Save yourself the frustration, go to the papa murphys up the street and cook the food yourself. Here are a few things to expect when ordering from this pizza hut: - *ring, ring* "pizza hut, please hold" and you will hold for a minimum of ten minutes. - If you order for delivery, expect double the delivery time they tell you, IF they show up. - Your order is going to be wrong. Don't expect anything different. - Walk into the store, you will see the absolute dysfunction. Nobody knows how to do their job. Personally, pizza hut is one of my favorite "long, cold day, don't feel like cooking" options. But NEVER AGAIN will this location get my business.

wish i could have an option for a ZERO star. Some times a wife doesn't feel like cookin! But pizza hut does NOT save the day. I called at 6:30 it is literally 8:30 and we still have YET to get our pizza... a small... veggie... simple.. pizza. REALLY??? I ordered my pizza at 6:04pm online and it said my delivery time was 7:05pm. I started calling at 7:25pm to see where my pizza was at. I just kept getting a fax machine. I then started calling the order line and tried to get someone to help me there. After 12 phone calls they finally said that I should just call the 800 number or complain online. I had my husband go their while I was calling and the store was packed. He finally was able to talk to someone the lady rolled her eyes and said "your pizza is still here do you want it" my husband very upset then just said no she rolled her eyes again and said "really". He just said refund my card. This has been so upsetting since I was home with my 2 toddlers and 4 nephew's and niece's and could not drive their I had to wait until my husband got home.

I see this place only gets the unhappy customers writing. Though they are valid I wish some happy customers would chime in. I've been here a few times. There is a lot of competition in this style of pizza establishment. This place has only let me down once messing up on the toppings but it was promptly fixed. We ordered a pan crust pizza tonight and asked for extra oven time because the pan crust is usually on the doughy side. It was not cooked the extra time but it was still pretty good and the service was good as well. The people working in the evening now seem attentive and a lot nicer than in the past. This place could be 4 or 5 stars easy if they could get some management to keep it consistent. I definitely prefer pizza hut over Papa John's and Dominos.

Ok, so for me to give a 1 star for a review of restaurant, there really had to be a major issue. Pizza Hut is what it is, decent pizza for a decent price and their new pastas are actually pretty good, and we love the bread sticks. Now if I was reviewing on the food alone, I would most likely give them 3 stars, however I'm not. I'm going to review on the last 3 times we place delivery orders and each time have gotten the wrong order. The first two times, the driver was pretty cool and ran back to the store and promptly came back with the correct order and a HUGE apology. However this evening, we weren't that lucky. Not only did we have to wait over an hour for our order, when it did arrive, it was the wrong order, again. It wasn't even 5 seconds after receiving the food that we noticed it and the hubs tried to catch the driver, but he was long gone...smoke coming up from the tire tracks gone. And you have to go through a stop sign and a stop light to get out of our condo complex. This gave both the hubs and I the impression that he knew he had the wrong order, but just wanted to get the hell out of dodge with his tip (which we are always very generous with being in the business...it's karma). So the hubs calls the store to talk to a manager and when he politely explains the situation, she doesn't even offer an apology, she only offers an excuse that they are very busy tonight. So, that's our fault? Can't your delivery people read the tickets? She told hubs she'd call the driver and find out what happened and call us back. Then hung up on him. Needless to say, he wasn't happy with that, I mean, would you be? So he calls back and get a different manager on the phone. This one was very apologetic to him, but all he wanted to do was get our money back and get the food we didn't order out of our house. It smelled funny. Instead of waiting for the delivery idiot to come back, we just drove over there (what we were trying to avoid in the first place) to take it back and get our money back. The first manager that the hubs talked to was the one that initially took the food back. She was a b*&*h. She counted out the amount of our order, and still no apology. The other manager intervened and told her that she also needed to reimburse us the tip, which she did begrudgingly. All the while, the driver was in the store glaring at my husband. He even went out to his car when hubs was leaving. I think it was to check out what kind of car we have, I mean he knows where we live. I'm not going to say much, but if our tires are slashed in the morning, I'll have a good idea as to who did it. If you do order from here, pick it up. Not worth the headache and the wasted time of having it delivered. I'm hungry.......

I phoned in my order to the San Ramon Pizza Hut location on June 12, 2010. I spoke to an employee by the name of Sina. Along with my food order, I provided Sina with my phone number and the name of the name of the person who would be picking up the order. Sina advised me that the order would be ready in 25 minutes. The person arrived 25 minutes later to pick up the pizzas. He was told that they did not have any order for him, that they did not have his name or a telephone number for an order and was informed that he must have called the wrong Pizza Hut. He came back home and together we returned to the restaurant in order to correct the situation. When we returned to the restaurant, I spoke with Sina and explained I was picking up an order and gave her the name and phone number used to place the order. She informed me that they did not have anything under that name. I replied that I placed the order with her at 5:27 P.M. (35 minutes before). I was told that she did not remember taking my order. At this point she began arguing with me, telling me I never placed an order, saying there is no order on the system for our name and/or phone number. As "discussion" with Sina was going nowhere, and my family was waiting for their dinner, I suggested that she review the orders by the specific food order given rather than by name or phone number. Sina rudely glares at me, gives a big sigh, finally stops typing on the computer and walks the two steps to the pizza table and looks through the tickets on the bags. There she finds my order under a wrong name and a wrong phone number and proceeds to accuse me of having given her incorrect information over the phone. She continues to rant about the wrong phone number and how it was not in the system and how this was my error. By the time I received my pizza, it had been nearly an hour since the order was placed. When we arrived home not only was the pizza cold. At no point did I receive an apology from Sina for the wait, for their mishandling of my order and her staff's subsequent errors or for her personal accusations and I was not offered a fresh pizza. I understand that Sina is the manager for this Pizza Hut. I was deeply disappointed with the quality of customer service by Sina and her staff. I have never received such poor customer service by anyone in a costumer-service position. Not only does this reflect badly on the San Ramon Pizza Hut but on the Pizza Hut name in general. Polite and competent staffing is as necessary to the success of a business as a good product. And while I have always enjoyed Pizza Hut pizza, we are lucky to have many other quality pizza restaurants in our area and so will not be ordering from your restaurant again.

I know -- it's Pizza Hut... so what should I expect? Still, I have found the service and food quality is extremely poor at this place. If you like mass produced, assembly line pizza with the taste to match, you'll like this place. If you want a veggie pizza with no veggies on it, you'll like this place. If you want a pepperoni pizza with a couple pepperonis on it, you'll like this place. Oh, and if you want to deal with inept service people who will overcharge you and make you wait a half hour to fix their mistakes, you'll especially like this place. Only good so long as it's not busy. Their routing to a central call center is offshore and atrocious. Now I have multiple names on my account because the center call center couldn't understand my name... So they just made one up. As it is, if you need pizza for dinner look elsewhere-well over an hour just isn't worth it when you can order dominos in 1/2 the time.

Why is Yelp! forcing me to give them 1 star. They deserve ZERO!! I ordered my pizza, wings and baked cinnamon sticks online. Immediately after ordering, I called the store to make sure my order was received. 45 minutes passes and I get a call from Pizza Hut: "Hey, we're not going to have a driver to deliver your order. So you can either convert it to a pick up or we'll cancel it." I said, "you don't' close until 11. That's 45 minutes away. Silence. Pizza Hut "Sir, do you want to pick up or should I cancel it?" I cancelled it. Then, I called back and spoke with a male employee that identified himself as "Peter": I said, "you're cancelling my order 45 minutes before you close? I even called to make sure you received it." Peter said "Why are you telling me this?" I said, "because you care about the work you do? And it's 45 minutes before closing. Why didn't you say there were no drivers when I called? And why don't you just keep things moving until all orders are delivered tonight?" Peter's response: "They don't pay us enough to care."

Came here 3 times. On the 3rd visit, I opened the pizza box to check for bacon. Did not see it. I asked and the manager had to point out the microscopic pieces of bacon to me. This location makes me never want to get good from Pizza Hut ever again. Be prepared for bad service and lengthy wait times up to three hours for a delivery. Oh also whatever the time that it says that the pizza will be there just add another hour. And if they do screw up and say they're going to put a credit on your account for next time, they're lying, and when they say whoops we'll just take 10% off for the inconvenience...they're lying about that too. Just do yourself a favor and order pizza from ANYWHERE but here. It's like they do a horrible job to just try and get you to cancel your order so that they don't have to do anything, place must be going out of business or something.

There needs to be an option for 0 stars. We ordered a panned crust half pepperoni and have cheese with extra cheese on the entire pizza. We picked it up its our fault for not double checking the order by looking in the box.... We paid and went home.... The pizza we picked up was sausage and pepperoni on thin crust... I called the manager who had absolutely no customer service ! Her name Fabiola. I introduced myself and informed her of the problem and asked her to deliver the correct pizza and pick up this pizza. She immediately became argumentative, and proceeded to informed me that she was the one who handed my fiancé the pizza and it was the correct one and she also could not deliver anything as we picked this order up! Wow! Ok so I told her I was sure that my fiancé did not put the pizza she handed him down and walk behind the counter to grab the incorrect pizza so if it was the correct one she handed to him how did I end up with a sausage pizza? She was quiet and said she is the regional manager and could not do anything about it but credit my next order but again she could not deliver the correct pizza. I asked who her supervisor was, as I did not appreciate her attitude and her telling me she handed us the correct pizza she again said she is the manager.... Are you kidding? Her attitude and argumentative way of handling her mistake was unbelievable... What was I supposed to do with a pizza I did not want or order? I told her she needed to credit my pizza since Im the one wasting gas going up and down these hills of san ramon. We had no choice but to order a new pizza and send my fiancé to pick it up hopefully when it gets here it's the correct one. I will never order from this place again!

I will be the odd ball here giving 4 stars and all. I've never had a bad experience at this Pizza Hut. They always get my order right, my pizza is always fresh, and the customer service is fine. I've always loved pizza hut more than any other pizza place, I love their pan crust. I always order online, they have a lot of coupons, usually I get a large for about ten dollars. Once you order is usually ready in fifteen minutes.

Wish I could give negative stars. Never, ever order a delivery from here. Ever. I have been waiting more than 45 minutes beyond the expected delivery time (which was 55 minutes to begin with). For the NBA finals I had ordered pizza online at 4 PM to be delivered by 7PM. At 7:05 I received a call from the pizza location that they could not deliver the pizza leaving me with no real choice to order from any one else; since this was a game night, I called around an no one else could deliver food. When they called, they had already have the order for more than 3 hours; however, they waited until the delivery time to let me know that they cannot deliver, leaving me to scramble to try to find food to feed my buddies that had come to my place to have a great time watching the Warrior's game. The funny part of this whole ordeal was that when they called to tell me they cannot deliver the food, they insinuated that they were doing me a favor by giving me a refund for the money I had paid for the pizzas online that they will not be delivering! I will avoid ordering from them and I suggest if you order anything from them, have a backup plan.

Me and my boyfriend went into this pizza hut today for lunch and it was just ok.. the pizza was a grease fest and the workers were kinda rude. We called first and got attitude about the "$10" dinner box. That was really $11.99 .the price change wasn't the problem it was the attitude we got that was unnecessary. I thought the bread sticks were good my boyfriend said to him they were bland. Different taste to different people. I loved the cinnamon sticks tho that's why I'm giving a two star. But I don't think we'll be back.

The worst of the worst. Literally the worst pizza experience I've ever encountered. Horrible customer service and terrible pizza. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I had two large pizzas, wings, bread sticks and cinnamon sticks delivered to my house and paid about $50 with delivery and tip when I opened the cheese pizza (large) 4 complete slices had NO CHEESE on them, just bread. So I called the location and told them the lady said sorry I'll give you a credit for a large pizza. So a couple days later I called to order my "free large pizza" and the Indian lady possible a manager says sorry we have no notes under your phone number so I can't help you... Like this place should shut down, which I'm sure will happen soon. The rest of the food was just as bad and I will never order again unless it's free!

Ordered pizza for delivery after well over 1 1/2 hrs of waiting kept calling til finally got an answer. I was told they only had one driver, asked if we wouldn't mind picking up order, they were going to put in the oven as we spoke. The phone service needs allot of work and training. While I am giving my order to Stacy , she puts me on hold in the middle of my order without letting me know. Next thing I know someone else picks up and I have to provide my order all over again. Another issue is I originally wanted yo order online but for San Ramon there system are down. The only way we can order is through calling. By calling they will not provide the same price and will not honor there prices provided online. Bad customer service

It's easy, order online so you don't have to talk to anyone. Then, pick it up yourself so you're not depending on a random delivery time. And when you go pick it up, the employees are nice enough. And after all this, your reward is mediocre pizza that's cheaper than most places, and better than dominos. My kids love the pretzel crust pizza, so for $10, why not?

So confused and extremely upset at this time I was ready to drive to the store and the lady informed me the store was closed.....wth is going on and about to loose it she transferred me to another person who then told me my pizza was late but on its way....2 hours later they blessed me with 3 cold pizzas......beware if you are hungry and want to eat hot pizza this is not the place for you but if you have all day and like pizza cold give these guys a call and they will hook you up!!!!!!! So much to say, and so much to read between lines. But all negative, although once or twi e i had amazing pizza from this location but other times its like waste of dough, literally. You could be in for surprize , piiza could be raw in center, could have less toppings, toppkng could taste stale, cheese could taste stale or all of the above, i have once seen a lady making pizzas without hairnet, touching her clothes, hair all the time. So if you find a black hair make sure you go give it back. I mean the pizza not the hair. Lol. I will try other places in the area now, sorry pizza hut, we had a good ride together but ypur san ramon location ain't worth the dough.

Yes it's a ten dollar pizza but this location used to be so good! Now the service is horrible and the quality has gone down a lot. I've given these guys too many chances. From forgetting our order twice, pizza I've had to microwave as soon as I brought it home from them, to 2 hour wait times. As good as their food USUALLY is, I can't do it any longer. I will never give this particular Pizza Hut another penny. So here's a little story. Every time I get Pizza Hut I order online for this location for pickup because I'm slightly outside the range, but it's not so far that if I'm craving it I'm willing to go pick it up. So I order online at 3:30pm, and get an email saying it'll be done in 16 minutes. I show up 20 minutes later (stopped by the Walmart grocery store first), and head inside. After over a minute in which there were at least 5 employees standing around doing nothing, I got greeted. Said I was there for a pick up. My pizza is no where to be found. I look over, my ticket is hanging from where the pizza was supposed to get made. It never did. Then they told me the machine is broken and it didn't get printed. I wound waiting over an hour in total to get my pizza with no real apology, just a clearly made up excuse. Pros: You get the exact quality you're paying for, and you shouldn't expect anything less. Personally, I like the flavor of the sauce and cheese from Pizza Hut, and that's what I get from this location. Cons: The most disgusting chicken I've ever eaten in my life Extremely lackadaisical employees (no wonder they always have a now hiring sign up)

These guys are criminals and not even smart about it. I went in and asked for a take out menu so that I could place an order while I was next door with my friend at cvs. They stamped the menu with their info and handed it to me. I called them up a few minutes later and placed an order over the phone. The price they quoted me was $7 higher than it was on the menu. When I pointed this out they said their prices were subject to change. When I explained that I had been there minutes earlier and had been given a menu they insisted that their prices were subject to change. I went back in and pointed at the price on the menu they had just handed me and still, they insisted that their prices were subject to change. They have lost my business for good. That will not be subject to change.

Absolute worst of the worsest. Everything was wrong in so many levels. Completely wrong order 3 hrs later got what I wanted but ice cold. Needs to be re employed with so many bad reviews. Complete waste of money zero stars

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. Ordered pizza at 6:20 and it never got delivered!!!!!! When I called to find out where it was and they told me it was delivered. Wtf never got pizza and the only decent thing was a very nice girl named Sarah that helped void my charge. This place needs to get their stuff together. This is UNEXCEPTABLE. Noticed someone else had same complaint. Where's the pizzas going?????? I just want to update my review. I contacted the manager Arthur and he called me back with a explanation and a credit. He was very sincere in his apology and I appreciate his customer service.Arthurs customer service is what this location has been missing.

Worst place to ever go to. Waited close to an hour for pizza to be picked up. employees are arguing in front of the customer. States that they are busy when they are all standing in front of the counter laughing and joking around. Please make sure that tgd timd that the computer said it will be ready actually matches that of the service in the store.

Horrible. I was on hold for 10 minutes on a Thursday. Once I got help, the girl on the phone took my order. Didn't know anything I asked her. In fact she just set the phone down and asked everyone else. I could hear everything being said. Once my order for delivery was taken, she said OK it'll be 2 hours. I'm like wait what? No way will I wait 2 hours for pizza to be delivered. I'll just come and get it myself. So, after she says she didn't charge me, and just had to start over, I gave her all my info again and what I wanted. Thankfully so, because she got my order horribly wrong the first time. Then she tells me another price. It's more expensive. She says because she got it wrong the first time. So after a 20 minute phone order, I say OK. I'll be there in 30 to get it. I go in, pay, and leave. Two days later I see I was charged twice. The first woman did indeed charge me the first time after she said she didn't. I call, and speak to a manager. He says he can reimburse me for the extra charge. I get all the info printed out on my bank statement to show him (as asked), arrive at the store and the manager wasn't there anymore. Then rudely I'm told well I guess you'll have to wait until he's back then. In 15 or 20 minutes. The pizza always takes forever to be delivered, and it's usually horrible quality. In fact, a couple slices of one of my pizzas weren't even whole. They were shoved together to make it look like a full piece, when they were all broken apart. Definitely won't be using them ever again. Absolutely horrible. I'd also like to add, when I got my refund, the manager only refunded one price instead of both for all the trouble I went through. He also was making it seem that I "beat the system" because he said my bank account would probably later show another transaction from them, giving me my money back. Well, 4 days later, I still don't see anything in my bank account refunding me anything. He also said "but I'll trust you to be a good hearted person and refund you the money right now. But you probably 'beat our system' since it's only been a day or two since the first transaction." I was completely offended. Like I'm some money hungry person, when it was them who screwed up. Not me.

Consistently late delivery, the last time being 45 minutes late with the promised 45 minute delivery.... an hour and a half later, I'm starving, grumpy, and tempted to stiff the driver his tip, but they had to send the senior citizen to deliver my pie, didn't they? Can't stiff a senior citizen! Damn you, Pizza Hut!

I wish can give them negative stars, worst customer and delivery service. Delivered a cold pizza and took them one and half hour to deliver when the promised delivery time was 50 minutes. Will never order again.

Good place for carry out. I have never ordered delivery so can not comment on their deliveries. If it comes down to this and little caesar, they are slightly better.

I ordered a pizza the other night. When I brought it home the pizza dough was raw and rhe pizza fell apart and made a huge mess. Instead of going to get another one I just decided to bake it in my own even. But I also decided to call and complain. When I was talking to the manager, he was very rude and was trying to defend how they make their pizza and had no idea why I got the pizza the way it did. But finally got a 10 dollar credit. When I went to check on my pizza it still wasn't cooking. So I decided to call and ask for another one instead. I talked to 2 people before talking to a "shift supervisor" she was horrible. I didn't even get anywhere with her. It took her 5 mins to figure out my order number and then put me on hold. So I hung up right before we got to store. The only good thing that happened was the kid that I first ordered the pizza from helped us right away and asked if we wanted a new pizza. It took him less than 30 seconds to help us. Idk who the hell is dealing with complaints on the phone but they shouldn't be doing a customer service job. They sucked. I worked at round table and never seen service as bad as that. I rate this 0/10. I appreciate the kid that helped us but that was it. I will never go back to pizza hut. Save your time and go somewhere else.
